One studio.

We don't sell packages. We sell ownership of a defined outcome. Engagements are scoped against a growth target — usually a revenue or contribution-margin number — and the services below are the disciplines we draw from to get there. Most engagements use four or five of them in combination.

N° 02 — Engagement Models

Three ways to work with the studio.

Engagements are structured to fit the stage of the brand and the question being answered. Most clients start with a diagnostic, then move into a full engagement once the plan is mutually understood.

MODEL 01

Diagnostic Engagement

A two-week, fixed-fee audit of media, creative, measurement, and operations. You leave with a written 90-day plan, regardless of whether we continue together.

MODEL 02

Full Engagement

The studio's primary mode. Fixed monthly retainer plus a performance component tied to an agreed metric. Quarterly planning, weekly creative cadence, daily media management. Minimum quarter, usually multi-year.

MODEL 03

Advisory Retainer

Monthly, capped-hours advisory for founders who already have an in-house team and want a senior counterweight. Quarterly planning, hiring calls, channel diversification, the difficult conversations.
