Three ways to work with the studio.
Engagements are structured to fit the stage of the brand and the question being answered. Most clients start with a diagnostic, then move into a full engagement once the plan is mutually understood.
Diagnostic Engagement
A two-week, fixed-fee audit of media, creative, measurement, and operations. You leave with a written 90-day plan, regardless of whether we continue together.
Full Engagement
The studio's primary mode. Fixed monthly retainer plus a performance component tied to an agreed metric. Quarterly planning, weekly creative cadence, daily media management. Minimum quarter, usually multi-year.
Advisory Retainer
Monthly, capped-hours advisory for founders who already have an in-house team and want a senior counterweight. Quarterly planning, hiring calls, channel diversification, the difficult conversations.
